Special Training Program (STP)
A “HEART” PROJECT BY WORKS OF HOPE
One of the main focus for our team is the Special Training Program (STP) which is an internship program drawn up to teach low to moderate functioning autistic adults basic baking and work skills, empowering them with relevant abilities to seek employment within the Food & Beverage industry. We hope that at least 70% of our interns will be able to secure some form of employment, so that they can enjoy a dignified and financially independent life.
